Strolghino di Culatello:
this small salami, boasting a centuries-long tradition in the Food Valley and produced using lean Culatello trimmings of 100% heavy Italian pork, earns more and more appreciation among the consumers. In fact, it is perfect as a
tasty appetizer during happy hours or as savoury
starter before enjoying a dinner with friends. For this reason, we offer
GDO chains a new product: the peeled
Strolghino di Culatello, cut in a half at 45° with a visible slice and then vacuum packed and wrapped in the typical straw paper. Which are the strengths of this product? They are at least three. First of all, the
vacuum packaging provides for a better product preservation against oxidizing agents, so that the Strolghino can maintain its organoleptic features as long as possible. The second core characteristic is its
appearance: the half-cut makes the slice immediately visible, thus allowing the customer to appreciate the features of its lean mixture, with particular attention on the color. Last, but not least, the Strolghino di Culatello with visible half-cut slice is a product of the
Linea Zero and is totally lactose, gluten and allergen free: therefore everybody has the chance to appreciate its unique taste.
